My first impression of Dr. Walter Sartor is that he is very kind. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I understood all aspects of the surgery and the risks. I was impressed with his experience and reputation. I was also very impressed with his complication rate which was very low. He had a very good office staff. Everybody is very friendly and is attentive to your questions and needs. I absolutely love Rena Braswell, the nurse practitioner!! She is truly a one of a kind person. She is very positive and upbeat. She makes sure that you understand everything from pre-op, surgery, and to post-op. I am very happy with my decision to choose Dr. Walter Sartor as my bariatric surgeon.

Dr. Sartor took a very long time explaining the surgery including risks. He emphasized aftercare.

Dr. Sartor and staff were outstanding! He guidance and patience from pre to post op make him #1 in my book!

My visits with Dr. Sartor pre-op were informative. He was very sensitive when talking to me and answered all my questions even though I was very nervous and could not stop talking. He is an excellent surgeon who cares about his patients.

He is a very supportive person and really makes you feel comfortable talking about your weight, which we know is not easy.

Dr.Sartor and his staff were kind, informative and thoroughly trained in not only the procedure and what to expect, but the post-op care of the patient as well. I hold the highest regards for Dr. Sartor and his wonderful staff.
