Dr. Eggebroten's team especially Hatch, at Madigan in Fort Lewis, did a fabulous job for me. My VSG was done on March 30th and it was the smoothest event possible. I love his calming way of explaining things and his asst. Hatch was just as tender. Im very greatfully for them and for the journey on the pathway to my new life. And Hatch... Thank you for your kindness, warm smile and most of all .. My Land, you are very easy on the eyes!! Very Handsome!! Also, Thank you to LaKiesha Love, without you, none of this would be possible. Great job Madigan!!

My first impression of Dr Eggebroten was he was patient, kind, very knowledgable. He absolutely fit that impression 100%. rnrnFrom my 2 pre op appointments to the day of surgery, recovery and 3 days in the hospital; he was completely hands on. His residents of course did the daily rounds, but he was in no less then 1 time every day to check on my status.rnrnIf you have a chance to complete the pathway with Madigan Army Medical Center, I would highly recomend Dr Eggebroten. He has been my godsend in this journey!

My doctor and his team ROCKS!!! They are skilled in what they do, polite and they will make sure you have what you need.

I had the chance to talk with him in length today, Jan 9th and from everything we have talked about, I have complete faith in him and his ability. He's very easy to talk to, was very open and honest about possible complications and went into detail about the pros and cons of both lap RnY and open RnY. He feels we will be able to do the lap RnY with me.rnrnI'm now one month out and should have updated this information sooner. I did indeed have lap RnY and it went very well. I had a little more bleeding than expected, but he was able to control it without any complications.rnrnI am very pleased with Dr Eggebroten and his staff! In the holding area before surgery, he came and talked with my husband and I, making sure I was truly ready and asked if I had any questions. Afterward I saw him daily in my room on rounds, which I liked. He made sure I was feeling alright and again made sure I didn't have any questions, and when I did, he answered them right away. He's very caring and professional and anyone lucky enough to have him as their surgeon will be very happy with their decision.
