Dr Fuller is very kind and patient. I asked him a million questions and he answered all of them. I have had no issues before or since my surgery. I would recomend him to others. I really havent had any complaints. He was competent, and was as comforting as a dr is lol :)
Dr. Fuller is absolutley great. He is a no nonsense, straight to the point Doc. I couldn't of ask for a better surgeon. So exctied I chose him to be apart of the Team of ME!!
My first impression of Dr. Fuller was good. He talked to me about the different types of surgeries and with my history, he advised me of the surgery that would work best for me. His staff was efficient and friendly. Always smiling. There was insurance hang ups with the coordinator because of a change of employee position, but was cleared up to get the date of surgery before the dedline of the review.
All of the staff at Scripps Green Hospital 4 West took great care of me and my family. They really have a good Bariatric program that I highly recommend.
I am doing great! Staying slim without much trouble at all. Lost ALL OF MY EXCESS BODY WEIGHT.

I met Dr. Fuller briefly on my first 4 hour appointment. He was very nice, professional, I am afraid I did not have any questions for him since the other MD had been in and I had asked him my questions. So I only met with him briefly. I have researched and he has performed more than 500 surgeries so I am confident in his skills.rnrnDr. Fuller must have done a great job because I am recovering quickly and very little internal pain and no incision pain at all. After surgery I have only seen him once but I saw Dr. Ali and the team.

He is a very skilled doctor, I had a great outcome and his staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a very popular program at UC Davis in Sacramento CA and the process is set mostly in group settings so be prepared for sharing but I highly reccomend Dr. Fuller and UC Davis.

My First Impression of my Surgeon was how young he seemed....of course, then I realized how old I've become.
He was very clear in his presentation & discussion @ the risks of surgery.
Due to traffic conditions on my surgery date 3-12-2009, I was unable to greet Dr. Fuller prior to the procedure. He was wonderful about calling my Husband just after the surgery & they also met in the hall so to speak. Very professional touch!
Post operative meeting with Dr. Fuller in the hospital room was pleasant. He came with the UCD Bariatric team that will follow my progress.
I feel very fortunate to have UCD - Sacramento. The procedure & post operative recovery has been a blessing. My journey has been textbook & smooth. I'm grateful to have avoided the complications that some have written about in OH. I abide by my instructions dilligently.

I Met Dr. Fuller & DR Ali, on Jan 30th. I was very impressed by both of them, infact the whole UC Davis Staff, are very sharp.

I had my initial consultation with DR. Fuller and I am told my surgery will be with him. I was very impressed with him as a doctor and a surgeon. I am excited to have him as a surgeon and can't wait for surgery. I saw DR. Fuller the morning of surgery as was being prepared in pre-op. He came in a made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Though there was a complication with surgery - a small leak fixed during surgery, DR. Fuller was very attentive to be certain that I was ok before he sent me home. He visited me in my room after surgery, and I was very impressed with him yet again. He really cared about my progression and wanted to help in every possible way.
Dr. Fuller was professional and friendly. He is always willing to take the time to listen and address any concerns. The staff at UCDavis is typical of a clinical environment. It is busy and they are friendly, but don't always have tons of time for individuals. The program at UCDavis is very thorough and provides a complete roadmap for success. If you do what they tell you to do I can't imagine that anyone could fail. I would go through everything again... it was so worth it!!!
