I love Dr Deol I recomend her for any one looking for a lap band Dr. However she has moved out of the state of Michigan and started a new lap band clinic in Chicago Il.rnI would travel for her she was fantastic.

Wonderful person and wonderful surgeon!! She was a total professional while still managing to be an incredibly sweet lady! Would recommend her highly to anyone, except she moved to Chicago.

I did some research about procedures and surgeons, so my first impression was exactly what I expected. Over time I really came to apprecite Dr. Deol's professionalism and kindness.

Rebecca, Dr. Deol's nurse is terrific. Always helpful, always pleasant. She and Dr. Deol are extremely responsive and effective.

The clearance testing required for surgery have addressed issues that had been troublesom yet undiagnosed by others before the Dr. Deol.

The clearance referrals proved to be absolutely first rate doctors. I have actually changed my internist and cardioligist to doctors that Dr. Deol suggested.

The only negative is the office wait time. However, she's worth the wait.

I first met Dr. Deol at the information seminar that she held at the hospital. She was extremely thorough in explaining what the surgery is all about and what to expect.

She has very strict guidlines that have to be followed in order for surgery to be scheduled. I felt that all of these were necessary for the safety of the patient and to make sure that I get the best success from the surgery.

Her office manager, Rebecca, has been really wonderful. She's been extremely friendly and helpful every time that I have spoken with her. She's always been willing to take the time to answer any questions that I have and explain anything that I don't understand.

My first impression of Dr. Deol was that she was knowledgable and very easy to talk to. She knows her stuff, and you could tell that she would be easy to work with.

Dr. Deol's office assistant Rebecca still continues to amaze me. She is always VERY pleasant, even though she stays pretty busy, and she is so thorough with everything!

Even though I am only a few days out of surgery when writing this, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

The doctors and nutritionist that I was referred to pre-surgically are all caring and will work for you. They all keep your best interests in mind, and will do everything that they can to make the program work for you, as long as you are willing to do your part.

I would give Dr. Deol, her assistant, and her referring doctors all an A+!!! They all rate high in my book, and get a 20 out of 10!!!!

(She does have a mandatory aftercare program, which has proven to be helpful in her patients' post-surgical success!)

I am very comfortable and confident with my choice of surgeon. Dr. Deol and her office manager Rebecca are professional,informative and caring. The office is very clean and pleasant. Rebecca has worked very hard to pull everything together for me. It is obvious she is very on-top of things in the office.
I have gone through quite a bit of testing. Dr. Deol is very thorough and I will have my surgery knowing that I am physically ready! The nutritionist I was referred to is Patrizia Jesue, RD. She is very knowledgeable and supportive. The aftercare she will provide will be invaluable.

Dr. Deol is a very good doctor. She makes sure that you are healthy enough for the surgery and follows up with you while you are being tested for it. She is also very professional but yet caring. Her nurse Rebecca is wonderful! Dr. Deol and Rebecca made me feel very confident about what I was about to undertake by completely educating me on the procedure. I had an extremely wierd hiatal hernia ,which at the going in point we thought was no big deal. Dr. Deol found it to be a lot more than what she thought,and she took care of it while she was in there. She has a structured aftercare program with a dietitian in her office. I would gladly refer her to anyone. I was extremely pleased with her competence and bedside manner.
