I saw Dr. Glower for a consultation. She was very caring and compassionate. She answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I never felt like a number to her and she took her time to make me feel comfortable. Anna, the bariatric coordinator was great as well. Any emails or calls I made to her were promptly answered.
