Keith Kim Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Kim, as one of the most respected bariatric specialists nationally and internationally, leads the Celebration Health Obesity Medicine and Surgery Institute. He is a board certified surgeon, focusing his efforts on bariatric surgery and weight loss treatment. Dr. Kim has performed more than 2,000 bariatric surgeries and continues to make a tremendous impact on this rapidly advancing field of medicine. His expertise continues to lead to invitations from around the globe to speak to and train other surgeons on his advanced techniques. Dr. Kim is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and is the Co-director for the International Gastric Band Summit. Previously, he completing his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina School at Chapel Hill and continued his graduate work at the university’s School of Medicine. Following, Dr. Kim completed his medical residency with the University of North Carolina Hospitals, Chapel Hill.
