Dr Wolinsky's RPA was very helpful in helping me prove to the insurance company that my rashes and infections were not going to go away with normal treament. I had been receiving specialized treatment for 8 months...and still having problems under my skin folds. If it wasnt for her (Dawn RPA) and my other doctors I would have been denied for my plastic surgery again. Instead I am now approved and will have this excess skin & fat removed for good...and hopefully that will instantly solve the rash/infection issue!
