I was SO impressed with Dr. Carson. He returned my call personally and scheduled me the next day! He was very knowledgeable and straightforward about what it takes to make WLS work. Although I've done a lot of research, he was still able to tell me things I did not know and to explain some things I did know a little differently and more clearly. I would recommend him to everyone who is even considering the surgery. If you are pre-op, you should make an appointment BEFORE your surgery. My insurance does not cover a nutritionist, but his prices were not bad and he was well worth twice that amount!!
