Overall the nursing staff was great. I would like to say a special "thank you" to Diane, Terry, Terry, Edy, and Joy. They really took good care of me. There were others but I can't remember their names. They all asked that I come back to visit as I lose weight.

Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgable. Could use more people in the lab and nursing areas.

Very good technical care, but some of the nurses were not very responsive. Especially at night and over the weekend. There was a hole in the IV line for the morphine, so I didn't receive any most of the first night I was there. The night nurse chastised me for hitting the pump too much and stopped me from using it. The morning nurse found the hole in the line and said I had not received any because of it. There were a few incidents similar to this.

I was in ICU the first night. The nurses were like angels. I felt safe and secure, relatively free of pain and my family was kept up to date and made to feel welcome. The other floor I went to was used to RNY patients that continued the good feeling. I had some GREAT nurses.

I thought the nurses were wonderful. Especially Terri & Jackie. They were amazing to me.
