Generally, I think the staff are well-trained. I know they were terribly busy, but sometimes I had to wait an awful long time for someone to help me. Dietary and housekeeping staff were friendly but noisy at times. It was very loud in the hallways... not very restful. One day, after an inservice given by my surgeons on bariatric surgery, I overheard some staff in the hall saying something along the lines of they were just learning about how they could go eat at McDonald's all the time now and then get bariatric surgery. I found that very offensive and insensitive.

I never once spoke to a nurse just LPNs and it seemed to always be a different one so I never really felt comfortable.

very noisy, staff such as housekeeping need to keep their comments to themselves. Nurses and doctors were wonderful. No complaints there. Housekeeping should realize that just because my eyes were closed, doesn't mean that I couldn't hear what they were saying. They should be ashamed of themselves.

They have a great staff that truly care about the patients. I had no problems at all.
