I had a very good experience with all the nurses, doctors, all the staff at the hospital. I couldn't have asked for better care or experience.

I was completely satisified with the nurses on the floor! They were all fantastic! Meta, second shift, is the BOMB! She's fabulous!

My only complaint was the lousy mood of the x-ray tech who did my swallow study. Just a grumpy man. But if that's my only complaint, I guess I did pretty darn good, huh?!

I highly recommend the Bassett Bariatric program. The team is compassionate, caring, and exceptionally well-informed on the latest information in the field. The pre and post op program is the most comprehensive that I have been exposed to. The evaluation is rigorous to insure the best possible outcomes. There are 4 support group that meet on a regular basis. And, unlike many hospitals that do the RNY and the LAP-BAND surgery, there is no bias toward one surgery or the other. Patients are simply given the information to make a wise decision based on individual health needs.

My surgeon, Dr. Heneghan and his staff were excellent. I reccomend Dr. Heneghan to anyone who is looking to have WLS. The only aspect I did not care for were the nurses. They did not meet my needs at all. Thank god, I had a family member stay overnight with me a few times.

The overall gastric bypass program is great. The staff have definitely done there research and look out for your best interest.

I would reccommend this hospital over any other in the area. They are not affiliated with any religion or any "network", so they are not under anyone else's thumb. They are focused on giving the best possible care to their patients, period! They have a lot of new wings and new buildings that are as state of the art as they can be. It is simply the best!
