I was treated great. The nurses were excellent!

For the most part, the care was good with a few exceptions. Most of the RNs were very responsive to my needs.

I found only 1 nurse who I felt was somewhat incompetent. Otherwise, the hospital was clean and the rest of the staff were competent and very eager to help me in any way they could. I did tell them that I thought it would be best if nurses did not wear perfume, as some patients are allergic and also when you have had bariatric surgery, it seems your nose is more sensitive.

I cannot say enough about the excellent nurses and aides who cared for me. They are all so excited to be working with bariatric patients and they want to learn more about the procedure. I never felt uncared for or ignored-- just would have liked more than 2 hour intervals of sleep :-)
