I love the approach of this hospital, you are treated as a guest rather than a patient. The staff introduce themselves upon starting their shifts and greet you each time they come into the room after knocking on the door.

the nurses and assistants are wonderful and go out of their way to help you. All the staff are knowledgeable and what to do if you have an issue.

I loved Cleveland Clinic Florida and felt very safe and in good hands there. I would recommend them and my surgeon, Dr. Szomstein, to anyone considering this type of surgery in this area.

All staff was great. Kept me informed of every thing also kept my husband informed even by telephone when he wasn't there

This hospital is very clean and they have wonderful nurses. I only had to deal with one bad nurse and that was in recovery after my gallbladder was removed, with a girl named Diana, who was over worked. I complained about her and Im sure she's no longer there.
