The nurses that I had were fantastic!!! I was very happy with them and they were always asking me if i needed anything and what they could do to make me more comfortable. It was very hot in the room, but my nurse found me a fan that made it a little better.. My only complaint was about the A/C and that i found out was the entire hospital...

If it was not for the wonderful surgeon, I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. The staff of nurses at the hospital were horrible. They were not attentive to my needs at all. I am diabetic, and they gave me sugared everything! I had a jack hammer over my head working..no sleep whatsoever. I had to go back after the surgery because of severe pain in my upper left shoulder. I could not sit, stand, lay or anything. The emergency room staff treated me like I had a cold, and have a seat and they would wait on me when they got to it. It was horrible. I can not express enough how disappointed I was in the hospital itself, but incredibly impressed with the Weight Loss Program there, its staff and of course the surgeon. He was fantastic.

My daytime never learned my name. When I called on her, it would take her at least an hour to respond. I did not like her at all and she was mostly the reason for the bad experience there.

My assigned nurses had little experience with gastric bypass patients although the hospital is a center for the surgery. The Dr. and nurses who visited me had never tasted Isopure so had them try it. Also was given full-strength apple juice when I'd been told to dilute it. Not bad overall.
