I want to be fair with this commentary and the truth is I had an AWESOME intake nurse and morning nurse. I only had a bad experience with the evening nurse and night nurse supervisor. They were rude, The evening nurse told me I was to heavy to hold onto her in order to go to the bathroom, she told me that I felt bad physically because I needed to beleive in myself and the evening nurse supervisor had been smoking and I was saying that I was freezing and asked if he could have someone take my temperature, he came over and put his hand on my forward and said I felt normal... I all smelled was his smoke from his cigarette and I was already so nauseous.. My husband said hello to him twice and was ignored even though he was right next to me in the room. I was given NO pain meds. all night. When the Saturday morning nurse came she saw I was in pain and asked if I was just being a trooper and I said, No, I was not given anything for pain and she said well, you have to ask for it and I said, I did... She asked if I wanted to report the incident but I declined. I was just to exhausted to make a report at that time and I was in so much pain and I had an hours ride home from the hospital. I was very sad about the treatment I recieved by those two individuals who were supposed to be responsible for my care and attendance but everyone else (and there were alot of everyone else's) were very very professional and very good at their jobs..

ITS A SMALL HOSPITAL THAT CARES FOR YOU LIKE FAMILY WOULD.

Loved this facility. The nursing care was great and all my needs were taken care of. I really enjoyed the smallness of this hospital. It was much more personal and I felt my care was better than a large medical center. They had all the latest equipment and I couldn't be happier with my hospital stay.

the staff was excellent, they never treated you bad in any way,always there to help when needed

Very clean and effecient. I prefer this smaller hosptial it was much more personal, and private.

I loved this hospital. the staff is great, quality equipment and i did not have to wait much for anythihng. thanks everyone

The only problem I had with the staff at this hospital was that the night of the surgery I had to use the bathroom by myself because the nurse was too busy talking about her personal life. And also I wanted ice chips and she wouldn't help me.

The hospital is small. On all pre-surgical visits I was very impressed with the place, I thought the staff was great, friendly and attentive, but, post surgery I was surprised at how uncaring the nursing staff seemed to be. The contrast was stunning. Before surgery they gave you a booklet about how great their care is, I sat down and met with a couple of nurses - required by the doctor - and they told me how wonderful everything was and gave me a chart of what to expect each day. None of that was actually carried out, and the nurses pretty much ignored me when I asked them to do some of the things on the list. One of them actually laughed and said we NEVER do that - who's got the time? (it was checking in on the patient at specific intervals during the day).

Thank goodness my husband was there to help me and to get a nurse to come in to the room when they didn't respond to the buzzer. Make sure you have an advocate there with you!

the nursing staff was not at all sempathtic to pt. needs i would ask for warter 4-5 times before i would get it. 3 hrs out of surgery they wouldnt even help me get out of bed i had to do it my self. would not recomend the hospital but i love my surgon

They made me feel like I was there only patient. Everyone was educated about the procedure. I loved this hospital and it's staff.
