I found all the staff very helpful and accommodating, both to requests and to questions. I did have my surgery over the Christmas/summer break, so they had 'combined' wards leading to more patients than is typical. The request for a private room was not honored, meaning that I had 3 roomates at one time, with a total of 5 different ones in three days. Nurses perhaps a bit 'light happy' in the darker hours of the night and morning, but there doing mindful and attentive work. Not good for resting though. Again, I think that was a phenomena of the time that I elected to schedule my surgery
