The hospital is wonderful and the staff on the 6th floor was great. They went out of their way to help and to make me comfortable. And if you are lucky enough to get Renee as your nurse, you are in the best and most caring hands in the whole place! I feel extremely fortunate to have had my surgery at Hoag.

The only thing we were not excited about was the fact that they couldn't get a respiratory therapist to come to the room with a cpap machine. Fortunately we had brought mine to the hospital and that's the one we ended up using. My husband was able to spend the two nights with me and they were very accomodating to his needs as well. Overall it was a very good experience.

This hospital was a very good choice. Not only was the staff kind and considerate, but I had a private room. The nursing staff were all competent and kind. The nursing staff works in sets of 3, an RN, a PCA, and a CA for every 5 patients. They were timely, friendly and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach.

Everyone has been amazing at Hoag. The nursing staff, the accomodations, my doctor's team...everyone. It's a beautiful, clean, hi-tech hospital. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of during my stay.

Loved the whole experience. Nurses were awesome. Didn't eat anything so I can't comment on the food. Clean, Ocean view rooms available. I had a view of the new construction going on. Oh, well.

Hoag is an excellent hospital. I had a beautiful panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.

The nursing staff is top-notch and all hospital staff went out of their way to be courteous and pleasant.

I was treated very well and had no complaints. The nursing staff was phenomenal and very caring. It was a good experience.
