CIMA hospital is lovely, modern, clean, well equipt and well taken care of. The staff is extremely professional and do their best to provide quality care. Most nurses didn't speak english but with my rudimentary high school spanish, I was able to get by just fine. All my needs were quickly attented to and many times they'd get me what I needed without even being asked. My dressings were done beautifully and they took their time to help with the smallest tasks. The maintenance staff was constantly cleaing. I think my garbage was emptied three times daily. This private facility is small but fully equipt. There are several departments: surgical, icu, radiology, maternity and neonatal etc. The rooms are private large and quite nice. There's even a leather couch and chair for companions and visitors. The bathrooms had the most beautiful tiles with a large shower. I'd have no problem recommending CIMA or staying there again.

I have never had such excellent care. I never had to push the call button. A nurse seemed to magically appear whenever I needed anything. All of the staff from the attending physcians to the cleaning staff are top notch. This is truely great medical care.

I was very happy with my stay at CIMA Hospital. It affiliation iwth Baylor Medical in Texas proves it is a quality modern hospital with US style care, only better I believe. It's staff goes above and beyond to make those who are staying with them comfortable and secure. Even the hospital cafeteria is excellent!! I can't say enough good things about my stay. My whole family went with me to Mexico and they were also thrilled iwth the care we all received.
