Huntsville Hospital Hospital

I hate hospital stays (who doesn't), but this was pleasant as it possibly could have been. The worst part was in preop when they tried to get the IVs in. Very painful and not sure the nurses were that good at it. With that behind me, and after the surgery, my experience on the Bariatric floor (4th floor) was very good. All the nurses and techs were so kind and helpful. I'm not really the touchy-feely type, but I honestly cannot say enough about the personnel on the 4th floor. I feel they had an excellent understanding of what my Doctor expected of them and they were right on point.

Excellent experience, would recommend it to anyone looking for quality bariatric care both pre and post-op.

The staff were compassionate, hard working and sensitive to the needs of myself and my family.

Because I have worked with most of the staff it was a pleasent enough experience.

I was very pleased with the Hospital. I recieved very good nursing care. When I called for help I had a nurse in there promptly. I felt they could have explained the Pain med pump a little better to me, they may have after surgery but I was out of it. I had very nice nurses and my Doctor was wonderful.

I only had one bad nurse the entire 8 days of my stay. Dr. Cason (surgeon) made sure that I had everything I needed and that the nurses took special care of me.
