Innova still calls and checks up on me. I am five months post-op. If I have any questions I call Innova instead of the place where I went for my initial consoltation.

The facility is beautiful. The staff is compassionate and competent. I would not recommend anywhere other than Innova to anyone.

I was very pleased with the care the Innova staff gave me. This was my first major stay at any hospital and was very glad that the staff took well care of me. I did not have many family members that were able to help so I really depended on the nurses. They were all very friendly as well. I did not feel like they were just doing there job, they actually took the time to listen to me and make sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend Inovva to anyone who is thinking about have weight loss surgery.

This hosopital was the best I've ever been to.The staff was corteous,helpful encouraging and there for all my needs. I traveled almost 200 miles for the surgery and they allowed my family to be there.They answered all my questions and concerns. If some one was looking to have this kind of surgery this would be the ideal place to go.I have never seen a more helpful staff,they were never too tired or impatient with me.

A brand new hospital. You feel like you were in a hotel when you arrive. The staff was wonderful to me and my family. They made sure all our questions were answered before and after sugery. I would recommed this hospital to anyone. Great place!! Words can not describe what a wonderful place!!! (believe me I work in a hospital and can compare!!)

I would highly recommend this hospital to those seeking WLS. Everyone was very kind to me and took care of my every need. I gave the hospital an excellent rating on "quiet" because even though they don't let you sleep, it is a quiet restful atmosphere. The entire staff is professional, kind and caring.

If you haven't seen this facility please come by for a tour. It is the most beautiful hospital I've ever seen. Wood floors, plasma screen TVs, the works. It is like a private, elegant hotel that caters to your every need.
