Jewish Hospital-Kenwood Hospital

The actual hospital is clean and the staff was friendly. There was one nursing assistant that was very loud when coming into the room to take vitals and startled me each and everytime she would come in. I will say the beds are not comfortable, but then again what hospital bed is. Overall experience was good.

The staff was so friendly! Everyone from the nurses to the PCAs to the guys that brought my meal trays always greeted me by name and introduced themselves. When I couldn't get hold of my hubby, the PCA on duty handed me her cell phone and told me to try that. ( I couldn't call long distance from my room phone and didn't think to get a phone card) The staff really seemed to care not just about my health but about my entire well being. My room was sparkling clean, my care was great. The staff would just occasionally come to my room and ask if I needed anything on top of being in and out for dealing with my catheter, drain, and bathroom runs. Truly and outstanding Facility
