the RN's were very pleasant and responded quckly toany requests, especially pain. The Hospital was clean and comfortable. The only thing I found strange was that none of the RN's ever did "head to toe" assessment of me during my entire stay....never listened to my lungs, not even my belly after abdominal surgery....I thought that was really strange....

The hospital did not change bed linens. They also do not assist you in any way after surgery. Most of the nurses did not respond quickly or at all to the assistance button.

It was the most uncomfortable place i have ever stayed at...they put me in a "virtual room", which is similar to a closet that they stuck a bed into...it kind of felt like i was given bad accomodations because i was overweight...my surgery was scheduled for over a month before i actually went in, so there was plenty of time for them to give me a "real" room...i hope to never have to stay there again.

I was very pleased and relaxed with this hospital. even though I work here, I was concerned about privacy and confidentiality with such a sensitive subject. I found my experience to be so excellent. The staff was very considerate and caring. The entire stay was so relaxed and as pleasant as it could have been. All my needs were addressed quickly. This hospital has private rooms for the bariatric patients which was so comfortable. The nurses were well prepared and attentive.
