Generally the staff was great. I think I would have preferred a larger hospital though.

Staff very nice and supportave and most of them are bariatric patients themselves

The facility is great the nurses are very helpful and experienced with Bariatric patients.

The overall opinion of the hospital was good. The nursing staff was excellent, one of the nurses is a patient of Dr. Samuels as are many other people in different departments who come to see you. They are very well aware of the needs post op and pre-op. As all hospitals, they are not without fault, the respiratory therapy department was slow and uninterested except for 2 of the therapists, and they were horrible about picking up breakfast trays. Other than that, no complaints, it was an overall good experience.
