The staff was awesome!! I felt completely comfortable with them and their abilities. My only suggestion would be to do a bit of remodeling. The lobby area is gorgeous, so you'd expect the same from other areas. My pre-surgery room was small and drab, my post op room was okay but it would be nice if it were a bit bigger because I could only get comfortable in the recliner and it was right beside the door because there wasn't anywhere else to put it. That's really inconcequential, though. Everyone there made sure my stay was perfect, and it was. My pain was kept to a minimum. Anytime I needed something, it wasn't long before I got it.
