FROM THE TIME YOU PULL UP OUT FRONT AT THE MAIN ENTRANCEIT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.THEY HAVE VALET PARKING FOR HANDICAPED OR SPECIAL NEEDS PEOPLE.IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A HOSPITAL INSIDE IT IS VERY CHEERY AND THERE ARE SHOPS AND RESTARUNTS WITHIN .I THINK YOU CAN EVEN RENT A CAR IN THERE.ALL THE HOTELS IN THE AREA HAVE SPECIAL RATES IF YOU ARE THERE THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY AND RATES FOR YOUR LOVED ONES TO STAY SHORT OR LONG STAYS.ALSO FOR PEOPLE ARE THERE FOR EXTENDED TIME THERE IS A PLACE CALLED DAVIDS HOUSE SO THAT PEOPLE ARE LESS FORTUNATE CAN STAY AT REDUCED RATES.THIS IS A REAL FIRST CLASS CLINIC WITH ONLY THE VERY BEST STAFF.IF YOU ARE GOING UP TO DARTMOUTH -HITCHCOCK SAY HELLO TO OFFICER SMALL WHO IS VERY HELPFUL GETTING YOU TO YOUR DOCTOR .DESERVES AN AWARD FOR THE JOB HE DOES GOING ABOVE &BEYOND TO HELP YOU GET TO WHERE YOU ARE GOING

As an employee, I know how much emphasis is put on patient satisfaction. It is one of the "prime directives" of our mission statement. As a patient, I have absolutely no complaints. I was treated with respect and compassion by all staff on all levels.

Although very nervous, I felt very safe and secure once arriving the morning of my surgery. All staff was very responsive to my needs.

I was impressed with the hospital and staff. Dr. Bouchard was a wonderful surgeon and came to visit me everyday as did his associates. The nursing staff was the best I have ever encountered. They were professional, compassionate, and very responsive.

Out of everyone I dealt with, there was only one rude nursing assistant. I was treated very kindly. I was VERY happy with my private room that included private bathroom, shower, T.V. Phone, They brought a cot in each night for my partner to sleep in.

Everyone was very through in their jobs and made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I entered, whether it were routine labs, E.K.G., Surgery, or for anything else I needed checked out medically.
