Hermann is expensive. I was hesitant because I have little experience with Hermann. I LOVED everyone I came into contact with. From Pre-op (Ro) to the floor I never experience a negative staff member. That is unheard of, if you have any hospital experience you know there is always 1 or 2 that shouldn't be in direct care. Not here!! Patricia really went above and beyond, she made everything make sense and made me feel loved and taken care of. Keith was my night nurse both nights and was skilled at being unobtrusive so I could get the best rest. Even the techs (Melissa) were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to send my daughter there. It is pricey, that is the only draw back in addition to parking.

The nursing and tech staff were excellent. Of note the nurses Edward, Vanessa (nights), and Patricia were great. The techs Jude and Paul were also outstanding. They were very kind, had good senses of humor and made my stay comfortable.

The nurses and assistance were amazing and made sure you were very comfortable the whole time. Wonderul staff!!!

The nursing staff was amazing. They were friendly and really understood what the patients were going through. I feel truly blessed to have had such a caring staff.

I had an extremely comfortable stay, the nurses and other staff were very personable and helpful. I went home in two days instead of four!
