They ignored me whenever possible. Fresh post op, as I was writhing in pain, my nurse told me "you just had surgery, you are going to have SOME pain". Some pain? I was at an 8 on the pain scale! I had to fight to get my "pump" turned up. Once the little brat stopped fighting with me and listened, the slight increased helped and I felt much better. When I didnt ask for help, I didnt get it. Water was never freshened and if it was they left it where I could not reach it. I give the hospital a C with all things considered.

Everyone was very helpful. my family was allowed to see me soon after surgery. Banding is an out patient procedure. I had surgery at 7:30 and discharge at 11:30. I know its routine policy in most hospitals, but I truely belive pts should stay a little longer

I was so impressed! I needed nothing. I had a private suite that was absolutely beautiful. It was a huge room with a plasma tv. I did have a night cna that needed more training. He was very helpful, but I had to ask him for everything, while the other cnas knew what I needed.

I loved the hospital, the staff, the room... everything. if you ever need to be hospitalized, this is the place to be. Did I say that I loved it.

everyone was great. especially the post op recovery. I was very distraught when I can to. I was in pain and was litterally cusing my self out for having the surgery.
