Although Mercy Capitol is a small facility I felt the staff did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I never once fekt like I was receiving substandard care because of the size of the facility.

The staff at Mercy Capitol ICU was great to my while i was there the whole THREE weeks.

I was a little apprehensive because it is the smallest and oldest hospital in town & is scheduled to close in a couple of years. After the surgery, I realized that the care I got was more personalized that the bigger hospitals, easier for me and my guests to get around in because it was smaller, but still had all the things I needed due to the ownership by one of the larger hospitals in town.

The only major problem I had with the hospital is the cleaning and sanitary part of the hospital. Not up to my standards.

I think the nurses in ICU.Were incredible..And the most compassionate Nurses I have ever had..

I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL! The nurses were just fantastic as were all the staff. People were extremely helpful and caring. This was my first time overnight in a hospital and they made it very comfortable. Two thumbs up!

The staff were great. There was one nurse who wasn't very nice but after my Mom spoke to the charge nurse, she wasn't back in my room again. All the rest of the nurses were awesome!
