While there were 2 nurses that were absolutely horrible to me and the three other gastric bypass patients, which ironically 3 of us were American and 1 British and she was the one treated kindly. But anyway.
The rest of the staff was great!! The rooms were wonderful and the food was out of this world. Which all my friends couldn't believe since it was in fact a British hospital!! LOL! But my overall experiance was outstanding and I believe that in my experiance, the Brits have more compassion and caring when you are hospitalized. Excellent job Leeds!! I would recommend you to anyone having surgery overseas!!

I think the term angels for nurses stemmed from this hospital. high staffing levels and their endless patience made my hospital stay a joy. If you are considering a hospital in Yorkshire go for this one you will not regret it.
