Rooms bathroom had blood on the wall. Surgery began at 8:45 am and completed by 9:30am, and my Dr confirmed with my family at 9:48 am. Hospital made my family wait 7 hours before letting them into my room after my Dr. Reported that I was fine and everything went great with my surgery. I had no problems in PACU. First nurse didn't complete an assessment on me, and she made me get up to walk even after reporting to her I didn't have my glasses and I was dizzy and nauseous. She didn't give me any type of antiemetic for nausea or any thing for gas, which caused me to have the dry heaves! The Dr. Had standing orders for IV phenergan for me. The rest of the nursing staff was excellent. Thank you Ken, Kristen, and Jon! They know how to treat patients.

The nurses were so amazingly great. I had a pain pump so I didn't have to call them for any pain meds but when I needed anything like ice chips or Zofran the were pretty fast about bringing it. They showed me how to unhook the leg compressors. They were so positive and helpful!

This was the worst experience at any hospital that I have ever had, from a nursing standpoint. All clerical staff was excellent but only ONE nurse had ANY bedside or caring manner.

Everyone I came in contact with at this hospital seemed to genuinely care about me and not just robotically do their job to get it over with. I'd give it 10 stars for the true meaning of caring.

If I just absolutely had to use this hospital for my revision, then I would, but I would prefer to go elsewhere.

I would not use them again. On an individual basis, some of the nurses were very good. Overall, I really believe that the staff needs improvement.
