Only problem I encountered was a "contract" nurse was giving me one set of instructions and the physician had his own instructions which he gave to me directly. I felt confident in this nurse and learned that Dr is the Dr.

I have visited several WLS patients there and have observed the nursing care to be uniformly excellent! Unfortunately the anesthesiologists are a bit "dated" and resistant in their practice regarding the use of epidurals for perioperative pain prevention.

I have excellent care and I should know, I was there for 6 solid weeks.

THE NURSING AND CNA STAFF WERE FOR THE MOST PART EXCELLENT. ONE NURSE LEFT A SYRINGE IN MY I.V. WHEN SHE WAS FLUSHING IT. THE SAME NURSE REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TOLD HER SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY I.V. TWO HOURS LATER THE NEW NURSE ON DUTY CAME IN AND I TOLD HER. SHE FOUND THE SYRINGE AND NOTICED THAT MY I.V. HAD INFILTRATED MY VEIN. MY LEFT HAND WAS SWOLLEN TO ABOUT THREE TIMES IT'S SIZE. I NEVER HAD THAT NURSE CARE FOR ME AGAIN. HOWEVER, EVERY OTHER NURSE AND CNA WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY CARING.
