They lost the power cord for my c-Pap. It took them 2 days to find it.

The only upsetting thing was that I had to ask for a larger gown that fit. I wish they would have thought about this since I was a bariatric patient.

Overall helpful. I was not happy with the nursing staff overall. They would move my table and not move it back to my reach. One of the call buttons were broken in the room so they would have to use the one behind my bed. When they would reach for it, they would pull on my IVs and drop my medicine button/call box and not give it back to me. I was not able to sleep peacefully for the majority of the stay. I complained that the IV was bothering me and the night nurse passed the buck to the next day nurse instead of taking care of it. I was there 3 days and I loved one of the nurses out of the 6 that I had.

Friendly, helpful and attentative staff. My only complaint would be the noise. There was some sort of metal drop box located outside my door and they banged it shut ALL NIGHT LONG. I barely slept at all.

Seton has an AMAZING bariatric program. They have excellent pre-op, during stay/surgery, and post-op staff and accomodations!

I would not go back to this facility. My day nurse was very kind and attentive but my general experience was poor.

I had a very good stay. All the nurses where nice, one or two where slightly off the rocker, but still nice.

Seton is a clean facility, with plenty of parking, even have valet service in the front (which is great). The rooms are quiet but could use a little more decorating. At the price they charge, it should have more pizzaz -- the maternity wards do!
