St Francis Hospital Hospital

While it appeared that the majority of the staff was in tuned to my needs and were very pleasant to deal with, there were those RN's who were ultimately responsible for my care that did not seem to care what it was that i wanted or needed and seemed to have little interest in what i had to say, especially when it came to medications that I normally take and how certain medications did not work for me (i.e., R Insulin at very low doses). It annoyed me to here them say that they were following their protocol and that what was written to cover everyone should work for me - let's just forget about what my doctor's & I have worked on for years. Anyway, I was glad to go home.

I was in this hospital for both my gall bladder surgery and my hernia repair, I was treated with respect and all my needs were met and questions were answered the nursing staff here is excellent
