i will never go to another hospital if I can help it. St. Francis was truely wonderful.

First I had a bright orange bracelet saying that I was allergic to codeine and that was one of the first mistakes my nurse made. The PCU seemed "put-out" by bariatrics patients one nurse even commented that this will not become my surgeons "own special wing". I am not usually a complainer, but I was not the only one noticing these things. I even heard nurses griping about an elderly patient that had had a BM in her bed; now do you think if they had taken the time to get her up that would have happened? Utterly disguested by the care there. NO reflection whatsoever on my surgeon though, he was fantastic.

The staff were great. Wonderful caring nurses. Very alert to patients needs. The hospital and staff rates topps in my eyes!! Thanks St. Francis

Everyone from the surgery staff to the PCU room were very nice. Except for one day shift nurse that seemed to be very preoccupied. The rest of the staff was very caring and wonderful!

They are not a provider of UHC which was hard for me b/c of the payments I still am working on paying.

Nurses and staff are very nice. Everyone is friendly respectful etc. But the room is very small. The pre op testing room has very small chairs. My sides were hurting..other than that everything was fine. Oh yes anesthesiologist was also a very nice man who put me at ease.
