The bariatric bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have every laid on. I was left 45 min waiting to be transferred from chair to bed and ended up yelling out my door for help. Caregivers didin't know how to handle large patients= they didn't even know how to use the bariatric beds. This is the worst hospital ever!

The patient care was terrible, If my friends hadnt been there to help me I would not have been cleaned up, until I was able to do it myself

I filled a formal compaint with the nurse on call. No one returned my call. I felt with the seriousness of my complaints someone should have followed up with me.
