St.V. is a very clean and everyone that works there cares how you are at all times. AWESOME!!!

St. Vincent's was awesome. The staff and all the nurses were as kind and helpful and commpasionate as any I've experienced. I felt very well taken care of!

The staff was excellent. Very open, honest and compassionate. They were very knowledgable about this surgery and what is and isn't normal for a patient to experience post op.

The nursing staff was A W E S O M E! I loved all of the nurses and was thrilled with my followup call.

The nursing care was awesome. I had my own room which was a plus. They let my husband and daughter stay the whole time. I couldn't have had better care anywhere else.

There was nothing bad I can say, they were great to me and my husband had to stay in the area. They were great to find him a place to stay.

Because my surgeon does a fair amount of the WLS surgeries at this hospital, they are well aware of the special needs of WLS patients. They were there helping me when I wanted to walk, or sit in the chair or get back into bed.

I found the nurses friendly, but one in particular totally disreguarded my privacy and was kicked out of my bathroom. The "food" was horrible, but my doc is going to straighten that out soon. My biggest problem was with the patient gowns. I had to either wear one that was on the tight side, or a tent that drug on the floor even when tied, and the neck was so large that I could nearly wiggle my body out of it. To wear one as a gown and one as a robe was so uncomfortable, I never walked in the halls because I was too warm and so I just wore the one gown and stayed in my room. Shame on St Vincents, invest in a few necessities for the bariatric patients you're trying so hard to attract.
