I had a private room which was wonderful. The nursing staff was so awesome. I hand out flowers to those I passed on the way out, that is how impressed I was.

There were a couple times when I needed my pain meds and I had to wait more than a half an hour for the nurse to be free to get them to me. Most of the staff were very friendly and good to me while I was there! Overall it was a very good experience there, willing to help out with whatever I needed.

I wasnt real impressed with the nursing staff. The first night after surgery they were great, but the second night it seemed like they were short staffed.

their staff is just completely amazing!!

I am very happy I chose this hospital and would recommend anyone interested in bariatric surgery to go there. I was well taken care of.

Nice hospital, but buried in the middle of Neenah, no easy access. I imagine it would be hard to pick up the Hospital and move it.

The reason my experience was not good was : the rooms were to small and 1 day post op they put a lady having back surgery in my room. She was able to order any thing off the menu she wanted and the smell of her bacon, eggs, toast, fried potatos made me so sick. and she was up vomiting all night. The day I went home they moved her out. The nurse for that day couldn't believe they put her in with me she was great. I think her name was Janel.

The eqipment in the hospital room was in horrible shape. The O2 on the wall leaked the entire time I was there, and my IV machine dispensing pain killers was not functioning for several hours after surgery. The nursing was anything from ok to extraordinary. I had two nurses that were outstanding. Shari and Rebecca (I think... it's a bit hazy).
