The negative things I experienced were minor and I really didn't think they affected my health. The light went out in my bathroom and maintenance didn't come fix it until after I left. I had to pee with the door open the whole time. But then I had a private room, so it wasn't that big of a deal really. Some of the staff was slow attending to me, but some of my nurses were really great too. I had some problems with the dietary department though! For my first meal, they sent up a tray containing full-sugar Italian ice, beef broth (I'm a vegetarian), and a can of soda!! It took quite a while before someone finally brought me some diet Jell-o and that is all they had for me on the clear liquids phase. No vegetable broth. No non-carbonated diet drinks. Nothing. However, I did have nurses constantly bringing me ice chips and ice water, so I was fine!

My stay was quite comfortable and I felt safe and secure in my physicians.
