I had a great experience here! When I explained to the nurse that we didn't live in town ( we live about 45 minutes away.) and that my husband would like to stay with me and not have to get a hotel room, they were able to get me into a private room within the hour so my husband could stay with me. All the nurses were polite, proffesional and knowledgeable about the surgery. They were prompt about answering calls and were available to answer any questions I had. Overall I had a great experience.

Well they put me with a crazy lady who was trying to literally fight with all the nurses, but they did finally move me to a private room at no cost due to the discomfort. One of the nurse's tried to push my NG tube back down my throat which was a big NO NO. This same nurse would take a hour and a half to come help me to the bath room or bring me pain meds. Other then that the other staff was wonderful!

When this hospital gets done renovationg it wall be as beautiful as any other. Tri-Care does not send you to back alley cheap-o places.

I felt like I was belittled as a patient since I allected to have the surgery I felt like they had very lil to no compassion for what I was going through, they denied me pain meds quite a few times, and when a visitor mentioned I felt hot the nurse snapped back with a mean " she's fine she doesn't have a fever" Well, I DID!!! found out later I had pneumonia and a UTI!!! Go to Baptist if you can help it!!!!!!

Really liked the hospital. The nurses were all very nice. Most were very efficient, a few were busy so they were very slow.
