She is an absolute angel. Everyone on her team is fantastic and I cannot even begging to express my gratitude toward them all. My entire stay was comfortable. My pain was extremely well controlled. The nurses took excellent care of me. The people at the recovery house were wonderful. Dr Cardenas is a Bariatric patient and plastic surgery patient herself and really knows her reconstructive stuff. She was able to give me a new body and I’m still in shock that this is my new body. I plan to go back to her this summer to have my breasts lifted with implants and a brachioplasty as well. I am looking forward to undergoing another procedure with her and her team.

I went in for a Lower body lift, with tummy tuck, and liposuction to my love handles on May 25,2016. I am into my 7th week here and felt it was time to give a review on the care I received. From the moment I walked into the Beauty Enhance clinic Dr. Cardenas and her staff treated me as so much more then just a patient. I was shown TLC and by the time my Surgery and recovery time there came to an end it felt like leaving from a visit with dear friends & family. Dr. Cardenas and members of her team have stayed in touch with me every few days since my return home as well as with the follow up Doctors we had set in place for my care here in the States. Speaking as a male that has undergone this type of surgery now I would 100% tell anyone male or female she is truly one of a kind. Dr. Cardenas will not only help in making your body look better then you could hope for but she will leave you feeling good about yourself as a person with just the little extra TLC she tosses in the mix.

On a side note: What I found to truly be a great help for myself was learning Dr. Carmina Cardenas was a past bariatric patient herself as well as also under going plastic surgery after it.

So I had VSG in 2014 done by Dr Thomas Umbach and lost about 90 ibs total in a year, which is awesome. But my skin just became loose after the weight loss. This really bothers me because I'm only 21yrs old and I thought my skin would have better elasticity. This surgery was a real struggle for me because of the price but the idea of having a surgery in Mexico was just crazy to me. I am foreign student who doesn't Spanish at all. And I've heard people talking about all kind of things could go wrong in Mexico. But I eventually decided to go with Dr Carmina Cardenas. I saw tons of positive reviews of Dr on Realseld and they seem reliable and I live in SD so it takes under 30 minutes to Dr's office. I am just really glad I made that decision. I had tummy tuck done by her on Oct 5th last year. It's been almost 4 month and I feel absolutely great. My scar healed really well, looks clean and is very low. I stayed at the beauty care recovery house and people there were so nice. Anyway Dr Cardenas really is a great surgeon if you are doing tummy tuck you should definitely consider her.
