I went to see Dr. Kent for a 2nd opinion consult and I was also interested to see if he could perform my surgery; I just got approved through my insurance co. (Blue Shield) and he's an "in-network" provider so I figured if I liked what I heard and felt comfortable enough with him I'd probably go with him to do my TT, BL & Arm lift... As I flipped through some of the photo albums of work that he's done I can honestly say this, pictures are worth a thousand words, I saw tons of awesome results, so he obviously knows what he's doing.... The reason for this comment is that I found Dr. Kent to personally be a VERY rude, Matter-of-Fact, unsensitive and arrogant snob with no professional tact whatsoever. As soon as I told him that I was going through insurance and not out-of-pocket he said that he doesnt even waste his time billing insurance anymore *Then why when I called and spoke to your staff did they tell me that you accept insurance and that you personally write to Ins. Co's to get them to approve procedures?-thanks for making me drive for 3 hours people* He went from being somewhat nice to a complete A_ _hole! I would never recommend him to anyone I know, he left an awful impression on me and I regret ever seeking his opinion and wasting my time on such a money hungry and unpleasant individual.

Dr. Kent was amazing. He has done work on my family prior to my own ps. He does fabulous work and is a true perfectionist. I will definitely use him again.

Dr. Kent is fantastic. His office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. His aftercare is remarkable. I will definitely use him for other PS surgeries.

He is awesome and he is so affordable. He is a true artist. Worth every penny!!
