Bruce Smith Plastic Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Bruce Smith truly has a heart for his patient. And you are not a "patient" with him. He becomes your friend. He has a wonderful staff who will know your name. Never in my life did I ever think that there could exist a plastic surgeon who was more concerned about his patients than his wallet, but Dr. Smith proves to be just that type of surgeon. He was completely honest with me, and yet very kind-hearted. He was as emotional as I was at times when it came to discussing my personal issues relating to this surgery. He even called me at work on a few occasions to make sure I was doing alright regarding several surgery delays that were neither his nor my fault. Even my fiance adored him, and he is one of the most cautious people I know. His staff, as I have said, has been the best. You are a real person when it comes to dealing with Dr. Smith and his elite staff. I just can't say enough, and the more I rattle, the more redundant I will become!

I have not had plastic surgery yet but I really like this dr. His staff is not on top of the insurance co. I called 3 months after my consult & my papers somehow got lost in the mail. I am waiting again to see if I get approved
