There is nothing negative I can say. I love this doctor! From my first consultation (for breast lift) to now (almost 3 months post-op), I have been thrilled. My breasts look so much better that I ever expected and the surgery was SO easy to recuperate from. At my heaviest I had been a 42DDD, and after losing 130 lbs. I was a 36 D, but my breasts literally hung to my waist, and I would have to stuff them in my bra.

After surgery I am a 34/36 C an can even go braless if I want. I'm 60 years old and didn't look this good when I was 30. Dr. Kavali didn't try to "upsell" me to a breast lift with augmentation. She actually recommended I stick with just the breast lift. That told me a lot.

Dr.Kavali is the most amazing doctor. I have had almost all the body reconstruction you can have done, from a lower body lift to breast reconstruction, and everything that could sag in between. I went from 353 pounds to 150, and the amount of skin left was awful. I went to many consultations with other plastic surgeons, some of which are listed on here. I was not happy with the treatment I received and decided to see Dr.Kavali. She listens to your needs. She tells you the truth on what the risk are. Yet to me the most important part was the after care. I always had a way to get a hold of her, or Nancy her PA. If I was worried about something she was there for me. We had a ton of work to do and over the last year have finally completed it and I could not be more happy. I finally have the body I should have had, and I owe it all to Dr.Kavali and her staff. I don't know how she got this puzzle put back together but she did. Please if you are a gastric bypass patient or just have lost a lot of weight. Don't look any further, take my word, she is the best around. You will find no better doctor in Georgia!!!!

I have only gone for my initial consultation but the staff seems to be nice a knowledgable. We will see how helpful they are in helping me get approved with Aetna.
