The only reason Dr. Resch didn't get all excellent ratings from me really has nothing to do with her but with the health plan, itself.

Dr. Resch is confined to the constraints of Kaiser; thus I will wait for two years before having surgery. There really is nothing she can do about this. She was very considerate and understanding about the procedures she would do if the plan would allow it (breast lift), admitting that while the procedure is medically necessary, the plan won't allow it.

Dr.Resch was professional and still very sweet.
I feel comfortable with her and confident she will do a wonderful job.
