She seems to know her field & is a very good listener. I liked her & her office staff right from the start. She asked me what I wanted & told me honstly how I would best benifit from her services. I felt very comfortable with her & have already set a date to have surgery. She even gave me a small discount since I will be paying out of pockect for this surgery, which only made me that much more pleased with her. I had a abdominal plasty, flankoplasty, & bracial plasty. This is my second week post op. I still have a lot of pain and so very sore. She tells me I'm doing just fine & to give myself time to heal, then I will be pleased with what I have choosen to do. I hope she is right.

Dr. Rich is very familiar with women and skin issues. She strives to do a good job in that she takes pride in the outcome. She did my breast lift and aug at my 7-mo. postop and the abdominoplasty at 13-mo. postop. I am still recuperting, but in a few weeks she is going to do a minor revision to improve the tummy tuck. This is necessary because there was so much loose skin to remove that, in spite of her taking great lengths (and quite a bit of time, I was in surgery for five hours this last round), it isn't quite perfect where there's a tiny bit of loose skin on the left end. Plus, she may take a bit more off the middle to pull up the pubic area some more. I have marked her here for being sensitive to obesity skin issues because during our discussions she mentioned that she mentioned her frustrations with insurance companies not being will to pay for an abdominoplasty after WLS (she thinks they should go hand-in-hand as a necessity). We are very pleased with her work.
