Ralph Pennino Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Pennino is amazing. He did a remarkable job!!!!!I can't wait for the swelling to go down so I can see just how perfect the job is. I would not trade him for a million dollars. Can't wait to go back for the next process. I would recommend him to everyone. I know you would be very very happy.

He was great and very informative. His office is very helpful trying to get the procedure paid by the insurance. I am having a beltlipectomy in the morning, after 180lbs of weight loss. Half of which is being paid for by my insurance. I will update this with the results...UPDATE..So I had my surgery and it went very well. It was a lot less pain then I thought it was going to be! Dr. Pennino was great and did a very good job. My tummy looks awesome and I feel good too. I am going to have him do an arm lift and a breast lift (plus add a little ;-) ) in about 5 months. Overall I am very happy with the results and I do not have any regrets.

dr. peennino is an incredible person. he was very upfront about my surgeries and told me exactly what to expect. he is terrrific!!!

Dr. Pennino is absolutely awesome-- no other word for it. I had my tummy in the summer of 2004 followed by my arms and breasts in December. It was amazing to see my feet without my tummy being in the way!
I have my face scheduled for this summerand my thighs for December. The tummy, breasts, and arms have made such a huge difference in not only how my clothes fit but also how I feel about myself.Can't wait to see how I will look once I am done with the next two surgeries.
Dr. Pennino's office staff and nurses are as awesome as he is. They all make you feel very comfortable which is important when you have skin that hangs to the "floor"!! I went to three other plastic surgeons to have consultations before I choose Dr. Pennino. There is a such a difference betweeen approaches -- amazing. I immediately felt comfortable with my choice of Dr. Pennino -- an exceptional caring doctor, talented, caring, and extremely interested in the post bariatric gastric bypass patient. His philosophy is to restore you to as close as possible to what you hope for..... and succeed he does. Each individual has to decide for themselves where they will go for plastic surgery -- same as we all had to do when deciding on our hospital and procedure for our original bariatric surgery. Had my abdominoplasty 3/7/05. Dr. Pennino did an AMAZING job. I have a full anchor incision - and a totally flat, hard tummy with NO extra skin at all. He wasn't lying when he said ' you can bounce a quarter off that baby!' The pain was - well not even pain - I would just say 'discomfort'. It has been a breeze, really! Thank you so much Dr. Pennino!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pennino of the Pastic Surgery Group of Rochester. He is amazingly talented and highly skilled. He understands the needs of a post-WLS patient. His bedside manner and post op care is excellent. He and his entire staff are top notch - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have not had the procedure done yet. I wanted to note that he got me approved for a TT and a breast reduction with just a letter written by him and some pictures he took in his office. The paperwork went in on a Monday I had the approval letter in my hands by friday HOW ABOUT THAT!

Dr. Pennino genuinelly cares about his patients. He made me feel very positive about myself and what the surgery could accomplish. His staff is terrific and they were very good about helping me to get the insurance approval and fter the surgery they were very caring.

Dr Pennino went above and beyond his duties as a physician for me. I had a tummy tuck by him on June 12, 2002 and I am delighted with the results. His bedside manner is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Pennino did a pennelectomy on me 5 years ago after a weight loss of about 110 lbs. He did an awesome job and since has done 4 people that I have referred to him. He is warm and open and very supportive and knowledgable about the gastric bypass. Everyone that has gone to him that I know were very happy with there results. Unfortunately I have gained my weight and now am having the WLS on July 16, 2002. I plan to go back to him if I need any touch up work or breasts lifted ..ha.

Dr. Pennino had a huge photo album of before and after pictures of his work. He had a packet of information for me to read and his whole staff was delightful. He performs free plastic surgeries three months a year for less fortunate people. He is truly an amazing man. He even offered to help with an insurance appeal should it be necessary.
