Robert Heck Plastic Surgeon MD

Dr. Heck makes a very good first impression, personally and professionaly. He is very qualified and definately knows his stuff. I have never had to wait for any length of time to be seen and his staff is very friendly. In August of 2004 I had abdomomoplasty done. My scar is below the bikini line and looks awesome, as far as scars go. I am going to have some additional surgery in the future and will definately go to Dr. Heck. He explains everything in terms you can understand. He pulls no punches and just tells you exactly what to expect so there are no surprises. When I first saw him he sat in a chair beside me and talked to me before I got up on the table. I felt very comfartable with him.

I had visited one plastic surgeon before seeing Dr. Heck. The first plastic surgeon wanted to slice & dice me more then what I feel needed to be done so I decided to consult another doctor. This was Dr. Heck. I found him to be very excited to work with me due to my weight loss. The methods of surgery that he proposed were by far less drastic then the first doctor. I will be having my abdominoplasty done by him on 8/7/02. He will do a hip to hip incision only. At the same time I will have liposuction on my arms. In November, he will complete my arm surgery by doing a modified brachioplasty which will only leave scars under my armpit. These procedures are much less invasive and will also result in scars that won't be noticeable in clothing that I wear.
