Dr. Pilcher's knowledge of the post WLS patient's anatomy is invaluable. She is very sensitive, competent and personable. Her office staff is equally as skilled. I had some minor complications in the hospital and she was right there to take care of them. When I call her, she returns my calls immediately. She is truly excellent and the results are terrific too.

Dr Pilcher performed my brachioplasty (upper arm reduction) and mastopexy (breast lift) in Aug '04. I was so pleased with the results that I have moved up the date to do further surgery. I am scheduled to have a circumferential body lift w/liposuction in just a few weeks (Dec '04). Dr Pilcher is a very caring and informed physician. She has a lot of experience with WLS patients. She takes a very conservative approach which I find refreshing. Although I would LOVE to have all my nips and tucks done 'yesterday' I respect her opinion and am following her advice to go slowly and not do too much at a time. No 'extreme makeovers' with Dr P - thats for sure! :-)

Dr Sheryl Pilcher is a incredibly talented surgeon. Married to Dr John Pilcher Jr, Bariatric Surgeon, she is very familiar with the gastric bypass patient and the changes in antomy from bariatric surgery. She's been very patient in explaining all aspects of a panniculectomy, while being quite honest in the possible outcomes. I have a great deal of respect for her. Hopefully I will be able to have Dr Pilcher do my arms in the near future. Also, her office staff is top notch!
