Tobey Meltzer Plastic Surgeon M.D.

Dr.Meltzer's specialty is actually transgender surgery (sex change). I was sent to him because my pubic mound was so distended due to obesity and a vascular disorder (lymphedema). No other surgeons wanted to work on this problem because it was so complex and "delicate". I had faith that Dr. Meltzer would be able to remove all the excess tissue (7 pounds) without damaging any "vital" parts. And that is exactly what he did. He did his residency at a clinic that specialized in redundant skin, so has a lot of knowledge in the area, but again, specializes in transgender surgery. If you have an issue, particularly with breasts or genitals, he would be the one to see. Very charming man, and an incredible surgeon.
