William Carpenter Plastic Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Carpenter was very professional and he and his staff made me feel very comfortable during my first visit to his office. I was not very impressed however with how his staff handles insurance letters and appeals. My insurance is known for being difficult to deal with and the doctor's staff didn't have any particular plan of action for how we would handle the filing of my claim.
